Mortgage Security

For mortgage security we require a valuation report, a copy of the Certificate of Title of the property and the name and address of your solicitor. To reduce costs, we will use the services of your solicitor, who will prepare the security documents for you to sign, and then register the mortgage.

If the loan is significantly less than government valuation of the property we will be happy to accept a rating valuation or other record of the GV for the property in place of a new valuation report. A standard rates demand for the property may also contain sufficient legal description of the property if you are unable to obtain a copy of the certificate of title easily.
