Operating an Account

The accounts offered by Prometheus are designed to be easy to manage via the phone, email and post.  

Guidance on making deposits to and withdrawals from your Prometheus account is given in the pages at right.  You can also download our brochure on how to operate your Prometheus account.

Of course you are also welcome to transact your business in person at our office, 1st floor, 27 Tennyson Street, Napier. 

Manage your Money

Please note that as your savings/funds invested in any of the lower interest rate accounts build up over time you may cross the threshold for one of the higher interest rate accounts.  When that occurs you are welcome to close the initial account and transfer the funds to an appropriate higher interest rate account.

How to Open another Account

Once you have an account already open with us it is easy to open an additional account  - all you need to do is advise us what type of account you want to open from our range of accounts and we can do that immediately.
