Making a Withdrawal

You can make withdrawals from your account by contacting us (by phone, fax or email) and asking us to:

Internet bank transfer

Almost as good as doing the internet banking yourself.  You can ask us to transfer funds same day from your Prometheus account to the bank account we have on file for you.

Post you a cheque

If you don’t have a bank account or otherwise would prefer we will be happy to send you a cheque  to the name and address we have on file for your account.  

Withdrawals requested by overnight fax and telephone messages will be responded to the next working day.
